Ready to Ship Items: Full payment is required. These items typically ship within one week.

Made to Order Collection: A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery. We will send photos of the finished piece before requesting the final payment.

Quoted prices are valid for 60 days and may be subject to change for made-to-order pieces.

Every piece from Studio Sam Klemick is a unique creation, handmade by local craftspeople or Sam herself. Due to this artisanal process, slight variations are an intrinsic part of each item, enhancing its value rather than being considered defects.

Inspection and Damage Claims:

Upon receipt, please thoroughly inspect your shipment. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us at hello@studiosamklemick.com within 5 business days of delivery. Your notification must include a description of the damage and clear photographs of both the item and its original packaging.

Failure to report damages within this 5-business-day timeframe will be considered an acceptance of the goods "as is," and no claims can be accepted thereafter. To ensure a swift resolution, please meticulously document all damages and retain all original packaging and contents for potential inspection.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Studio Sam Klemick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do not accept returns based on natural variations inherent in materials or craftsmanship.

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for other reasons, please contact us to explain your concerns. We are committed to the quality of our work and will collaborate with you to find the most suitable solution.

Our products are meticulously crafted and come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by harsh cleaning agents or improper care.
• Exposure to weather or non-residential environments.
• Custom modifications or alterations made after delivery.

Please note that any modifications made to our products will void their warranty and return eligibility.

All sales are final due to the custom and handmade nature of our products; we do not accept returns or exchanges. International orders outside the US:

Each country has its own percentage rate for taxes and duties, and customers are responsible for tariffs when orders arrive in the destination country.

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. Taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout. If you are eligible for tax exemption in this state, you will need to provide a valid reseller certificate.
